As such, we are committed to enhancing our accessibility measures to ensure that all festival-goers can enjoy the event to the greatest extent. We value and appreciate all feedback and suggestions from our patrons regarding our accessibility services.
Please feel free to contact us at general@bloodrootramble.com if you have any accessibility-related questions or needs. We will make every effort to assist you in having an exceptional experience at the Ramble.
Accessible Amenities:
Parking
A limited number of ADA parking spaces are available on-site. To access this lot, you must purchase an ADA Parking Pass and display a valid ADA placard, permit, or plate.
Restrooms
Accessible (ADA-compliant) portable restrooms will be located throughout the venue, near all major restroom areas. Festival maps with restroom locations will be available onsite.
Concessions
All food and beverage concessions will be fully accessible. Festival staff will be available to assist as needed.
Viewing Areas
Designated accessible viewing areas will be provided for guests with disabilities. These areas are reserved for patrons using mobility devices (e.g., wheelchairs, scooters) and their companions or caregivers. Seating will be available in these sections.
ASL Interpreter: If you require effective communication in the form of an ASL Interpreter or closed captioning, please contact us at general@bloodrootramble.com
NOTE: Requests must be made no later than 14 business days before the start of the event to allow for sufficient processing time. All requests received after this time will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Wheelchair Access: Abel de Luna Community Center Fields is completely accessible and designed to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or motorized scooters, with accessible pathways and routes available throughout the grounds. We encourage all guests to utilize their personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Unfortunately, personal golf carts are not permitted on the premises. Please remember to bring all necessary cords and accessories to charge your devices, and note that chargers must use a standard 20 amp circuit. Please note that we do not provide personal assistance or mobility device rentals.
Service Animals: Individuals with disabilities are welcome to bring their service animals to The Ramble. However, pets, emotional support animals, therapy animals, and companion animals are not permitted. Only service animals that have been individually trained and are under the proper care of their owners will be allowed on the premises. Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times, and be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the handler's disability prevents the use of these devices. Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area. Handlers are responsible for any damage or injury caused by the animal
